She helped us sell our home and purchase our "forever home" and be completely moved in, in a matter of 60 days. Our home sold within 30 days of the sign going up in the yard, as we followed all of her recommendations for repairs, and staging. (She has a degree in interior design as well). During this process she was able to help us find the perfect home for us, and we were able to have both closings on the same day. She even bargained for an early move in date in order for us to avoid having to obtain storage. This was only the beginning... She negotiated other items to be included in the sale, like riding lawnmower, appliances, etc, without changing the bid price. She wrote letters to the homeowners insurance WEEKS AFTER WE HAD MOVED IN to ensure an appropriate action was taken with a faulty appliance, after we were told they would not repair it (we were ultimately given compensation to replace the appliance, thanks to her perseverance). She was able to have pool maintenance performed prior to move in as well, even after the seller had declined having the service performed.

“ Christine Curtis was our listing agent in the sale of our home in Madisonville, Louisiana. We had previously listed our home with various realtors, and had been very disappointed.
